Deadly Viral Outbreak that Originated From Animals

The World Health Organization has declared the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak in China a public health emergency of international concern. 

Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people. The animal source of the new type of virus has not been identified.

There have been several epidemics, stemming from animal sources, in recent history.

The Journal of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery is an open access, online, peer reviewed international journal with an aim to reach the readers with the latest advancements in the veterinary medicine and surgery.

The journal is continuously working towards presenting the innovative and original scientific work. The journal publishing the scientific work in the field of Animal Production & Management, Animal Psychology & Behavior, Livestock Anatomy and Histology, Livestock Parasitology, Livestock Production & Management but it is not limited to only above mentioned topics.
